GRIME BE GONE POWERWASHING

TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) apply to all services provided by Grime Be Gone Powerwashing (“Company,” “we,” “us”) to the customer (“Client,” “you”).

By scheduling or receiving services, Client agrees to the following terms.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Grime Be Gone Powerwashing provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

Pressure washing

Soft washing

House washing

Roof treatments (non-invasive cleaning only)

Concrete and flatwork cleaning

Window cleaning

Gutter cleaning

Maintenance plans and recurring services

Services are performed using industry-standard methods appropriate for the surface being cleaned.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit card, or electronic invoice.

Any unpaid balance may result in suspension of future services.

3. MAINTENANCE PLANS & RECURRING BILLING

Maintenance plans may be billed annually upfront or monthly.

Monthly billing plans require a minimum 12-month commitment.

Monthly payments are billed automatically and continue for the full initial term regardless of service frequency.

Early cancellation of a monthly plan does not void the remaining balance of the initial 12-month term.

After the initial 12-month term, plans may continue month-to-month unless canceled by Client with written notice.

4. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Weather-related rescheduling will be handled at no cost to the Client.

5. ACCESS & UTILITIES

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, including gates, pets secured, and work areas cleared.

Client agrees to provide access to on-site water and power when required for service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. ABOVE-AND-BEYOND CONDITIONS

Pricing is based on average conditions.

Excessive buildup, neglect, hazardous materials, or conditions beyond standard service scope may require additional charges.

Any additional charges will be communicated and approved by Client prior to proceeding.

7. SURFACE CONDITION & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Some surfaces may show pre-existing damage including oxidation, wear, cracks, loose materials, or staining.

Grime Be Gone Powerwashing is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by improper installation, aging materials, or structural defects.

While every reasonable precaution is taken, Client acknowledges that exterior cleaning may reveal underlying issues.

8. REFUNDS & SATISFACTION

Grime Be Gone Powerwashing strives for customer satisfaction.

If Client has concerns, they must notify the Company within 48 hours of service completion.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. PROPERTY DAMAGE

Any claims of property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service.

Company liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

10. SAFETY & LIABILITY

Client agrees to keep all persons and pets clear of work areas during service.

Grime Be Gone Powerwashing is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to maintain safe distances.

11. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Grime Be Gone Powerwashing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Unsafe conditions

Abusive behavior

Non-payment

Misrepresentation of property conditions

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Client and Grime Be Gone Powerwashing and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.


CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By scheduling service, signing an estimate, or enrolling in a maintenance plan, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
